Our Mission

each property and performing upgrades that will maximize

Company Profile
Optimized 2 Sell began modestly in 2001.
Company founders, Dave & Heather Triffo, began upgrading
their property that they planned to sell. Through the
process they discovered a new passion that has evolved to
become "Optimized 2 Sell".Heather's 25+ years of
experience in interior decorating, landscape flowering
plants and various crafts became focused as the visionary
leader. Her sharp eye and attention to detail helps
make each job a winner. Dave's 35+ years of various
remodeling, renovation, tile, electrical and plumbing
experience provides the know-how to get each job done.
Together, the next 5 years were spent doing jobs for
people they knew and it grew from there. More
referrals and satisfied customers later - Optimized 2 Sell
was born. Devout Christians, Dave & Heather enjoy
doing the work and the result of helping customers achieve
their goals.
